A trusted platform with growing complexity.

Over many years, the Santander digital estate has become increasingly complex, with growing content, multiple user journeys and an expanding set of online tools. For advisers under pressure to move quickly, it is essential that friction is minimised and the experience is as useful and quick as it can be.

Rather than a standard website maintenance approach or refresh project, our role with Santander is to incrementally improve web journeys and online processes. Satisfying the needs of users is critical, whilst balancing the priorities of multiple internal stakeholders across marketing, IT, brand and operations.

02 — The approach

Evidence, not assumption.

Our long-term optimisation programme is driven by evidence, rather than assumption. Audience research, analytics, Hotjar insights and content audits reveal user needs and allow us to make structured recommendations around navigation, information architecture and content.

We've also enhanced search, improved filtering and built a suite of intuitive mortgage calculators, digital tools and a bespoke live chat function, helping advisers complete tasks with greater speed and accuracy.
