We’re Think Limitless, the trading name of LEWIS Creative Consultants Ltd, an independent strategic and creative agency based in Edinburgh. We are registered in Scotland under company number SC449509 and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZA052434. Recruitment Privacy Notice

We are committed to treating all applicants fairly, and to managing recruitment data in line with UK data protection laws.

We may collect the following data during recruitment:

  • Contact details
  • CV content and supporting information
  • Health questionnaires or occupational health reports (with consent)
  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • DBS checks (if required for the role)
  • References
  • Employment and salary history
  • Your IP address may be collected, not for commercial purposes but for the identification of your country location.

This data is used solely for recruitment and will be stored securely for up to 6 months unless we obtain your consent to retain it longer.

You have the right to access, update or erase your recruitment data, object to processing, or withdraw your consent at any time.
